ABOUT KONSTANTIN (english)
Konstantin Hadamitzky was born on 25th of April 1991 in Flensburg, Germany. He spent his childhood on the island of Poel, Bremtahl and later in Springe.
In 2007, Konstantin started his career as a chef. He spend three years time on education at the "Hotel Kastanienhof" in Bad Münder and attended at the same time specifically for the hospitality oriented the "Elisabeth-Selbert School" in Hameln. After passing the practical and theoretical tests Konstantin acquired the certificate of the IHK as a chef.
From the 09th September 2010 to the 31st August 2011, he spent a year working as a Commis de Cuisine in five-star hotel "Fleming's Deluxe Hotel Frankfurt City."
Beginning of September 2011 was followed by a move abroad. Konstantin moved to Edinburgh, Scotland. There he spent nine months in the four-star hotel "Radisson BLU Hotel" as a Demi Chef de Partie.
Since the 04th June 2012 Konstantin works as a Chef de Partie also in Edinburgh at the restaurant "Kyloe" which is located on the first floor of the botique-hotel "The Rutland Hotel".

Konstantin Hadamitzky wurde am 25. April 1991 in Flensburg, Deutschland geboren. Seine Kindheit verbrachte er auf der Insel Poel, in Bremtahl und später in Springe.
Im Jahr 2007 startete Konstantin seine Karriere als Koch. Er absolvierte eine dreijährige Ausbildung im "Hotel Kastanienhof" in Bad Münder und besuchte zeitgleich die speziell für die Gastronomie ausgerichtete "Elisabeth-Selbert Schule" in Hameln. Nach dem bestehen der praktischen und theoretischen Prüfungen erwarb Konstantin das Zertifikat der IHK zum Koch.
Vom 09. September 2010 bis zum 31. August 2011 arbeitete er ein Jahr lang als Commis de Cuisine im fünf-sterne-hotel "Fleming's Deluxe Hotel Frankfurt City".
Anfang September 2011 folgte ein Wechsel ins Ausland. So zog es Konstantin nach Edinburgh, Schottland. Dort arbeitete er neun Monate im vier-sterne-hotel "Radisson BLU Hotel" als Demi Chef de Partie.
Seit dem 04. Juni 2012 arbeitet Konstantin als Chef de Partie ebenfalls in Edinburgh im Restaurant "Kyloe" welches sich im ersten Stockwerk des Botique-Hotel "The Rutland Hotel" befindet.
